Positive: High quality of materials used in apartment. Initial cleanness of the apartment. When I asked for an additional equipment (chair for the beach) it was provided. On one hand all was great but on the other there were some things which left me puzzled.
Negative: That it was not clearly stated that parking will be 500m from the apartment. Additionally, behavior of one of the parking persons towards me on one of the days when I was picking up the car was very unpleasant. The fact when I reported something broken in the apartment (shower) that the person who was taking care of the apartment arrived unannounced next day in the morning at my door. I was happy he fixed the issue but unhappy that I have been approached unannounced and was caught off guard. Cleanness of the apartment as well could be better. I needed to get under the bed because my son dropped something there and was amazed by the dirt left there and pieces of food found there as well.
Summary: Apartment was really nice but some things described above versus high price do not justify it.
